MCN provides access to key opinion leaders for focus groups and advisory boards. Focus groups can be conducted as a traditional “stand alone” live advisory board or may be convened as “virtual” meetings using WebEx technology. Also, the MCN quarterly meetings provide a convenient, cost-effective alternative to the stand alone advisory board venue. Audience response technology used during these meetings can provide important quantitative feedback on message testing, product perceptions, and value assessments.
